Avery Dennison is hiring a Setup Specialist to translate client concepts into production-ready shelf-edge media, price tags, and digital templates. You will use proprietary tools to map data, create data merges, and convert flat text into PDFs ready for print.

Ideal candidates hold an associate degree with 1–3 years of experience, strong graphic design skills, and attention to detail. This hybrid role requires on-site work two days within 40 miles or remote work otherwise.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent required with 1–3 years of hands-on experience.
• Strong graphic design sense and ability to map data to templates.
• Experience with data/mail merge processes and production workflows.

Responsibilities

• Design and layout setup: convert client mock-ups into functional templates for shelf-edge media and signage.
• Data mapping & rules: analyze data files, create mappings, and set up business rules.
• File processing: transform text data into production-ready PDFs for print sites.
• Project support: manage tight timelines and ensure visual accuracy across projects.
