Job summary

Avery Dennison is seeking a detail-oriented Setup Specialist in Little Rock, AR. You will translate client concepts into production-ready shelf-edge media and price tags using proprietary tools, ensuring accuracy of data mappings and templates.

This hybrid, on-site role requires 1–3 years of related experience and an Associate degree. You will transform flat text into PDFs for print sites, manage multiple projects to tight deadlines, and support after-hours on-call work as needed.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Graphic Design, Computer Science, Business, or related field with 1–3 years of hands-on experience.
• Strong graphic design sense, data analysis skills, and experience with data/mail merge processes.
• Excellent time management, high visual attention to detail, and ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Clear technical writing and client-facing communication; possible after-hours on-call rotation.

Responsibilities

• Design & Layout Setup: Convert client mock-ups into templates for shelf-edge media, price tags, and signage using proprietary tools.
• Data Mapping & Rules: Analyze data files, create structured mappings, and set up data merges and business rules.
• File Processing: Transform flat text data into production-ready PDFs for print sites.
• Project Support: Manage timelines across multiple client projects while maintaining visual accuracy.
