Job summary

Triad Wealth seeks a seasoned Trade Desk Manager to lead a high-performing trading team and oversee portfolio trading operations. You will partner with the CIO and Investment Management to shape trading strategy and ensure best execution.

The role requires extensive experience with OMS/EMS platforms, custodial partners, and regulatory compliance, with a track record of enhancing efficiency and accuracy across trading workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business or related field.
• 10+ years of trading/investment management experience with 3+ years in leadership.
• Experience managing trading operations including execution and transitions.
• Hands-on knowledge of OMS/EMS platforms and custodial integrations.
• Strong leadership, communication, and compliance mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a high-performing trading team.
• Oversee all trading operations during market hours with accuracy and compliance.
• Develop and execute trading strategy with PM and governance partners.
• Manage external relationships with member firms, custodians and tech vendors.
• Ensure seamless integration of trading systems with compliance controls.
• Monitor KPIs and drive process improvements and automation.
