Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture required.
• Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in retail design.
• Professional SACAP registration required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the architectural design of retail spaces, including shops, malls, and showrooms.
• Develop innovative concepts that align with client brand identity and target market.
• Create detailed architectural plans, elevations, sections, and 3D visualizations.
• Collaborate with marketing teams, visual merchandisers, and contractors.
• Ensure designs comply with accessibility standards, safety regulations, and local building codes.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and client expectations.
• Conduct site analyses and feasibility studies for retail developments.
• Oversee construction administration and quality control during the build phase.
• Present design proposals and concepts effectively to clients.
