Job summary

Closets by Design is seeking designers/sales representatives to help customers organize their homes. You can work from home with pre-set appointments near your location and receive comprehensive sales and design training, with no prior experience needed.

The role offers a hybrid remote setup, ongoing mentorship, and a clear path to senior positions with pay/bonus increases. 13-week training is provided and you’ll work closely with your Sales Manager at this franchise location.

Qualifications

• No degree or prior sales experience required.
• Coachable with a growth mindset and willingness to complete 13-week training.
• Reliable vehicle with valid driver's license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Begin the sales route with appointments (all leads and marketing materials are provided).
• Build rapport with the customer to understand their organizational needs.
• Walk through the home to assess opportunities.
• Educate customers on our products and services.
• Follow our Sales Training and use communication skills to help residential customers with their home organizational needs.
