Job summary

Closets by Design is looking for a Sales Design Consultant who enjoys helping people and can communicate well. This hybrid remote role offers a flexible schedule, with 16-week paid training and ongoing mentorship. No experience is required, and pre-set appointments are provided to get you started.

You will begin with appointments, build rapport, and walk through homes to identify organizing opportunities. You will educate customers on our products and services and use your training to assist

Qualifications

• No degree, certification, or sales experience is required.
• We are looking for coachable candidates.
• Growth mindset with willingness to complete 16-week paid sales training.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Begin the sales route with appointments (all leads and marketing materials are provided).
• Build rapport with the customer to understand their organizational needs.
• Walk through the home to assess opportunities.
• Educate customers on our products and services.
• Follow our Sales Training and use communication skills to help residential customers with their home organizational needs.
