Compassion Health Care, Inc. is hiring a Revenue Cycle Liaison to coordinate between the billing department, clients, and external vendors. The role resolves billing disputes, manages patient inquiries, and leads provider insurance enrollment and Sliding Fee program administration.

Hybrid remote work location available in Yanceyville, NC, with responsibilities spanning claims review, reports generation, and staff education on updated payer billing changes.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to act as a liaison between billing departments and external entities.
• Familiarity with Medicare/Medicaid billing and payer changes.
• Experience with enrollment into third-party payors is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Act as bridge between CHC sites and Central Billing Office to align revenue goals.
• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies and charge issues with patients, clients, and insurers.
• Review end-of-day charge reports for errors and generate billing reports.
• Educate staff on revenue cycle workflows and payer billing requirements.
• Generate quarterly credit balance reports for Medicare/Medicaid.
• Update patient accounts with correct insurance information.
• Maintain organized records of EOBs and remittances.
• Communicate with CBO, clearinghouses, and vendors about changes.
