Qualifications

• 3-6 years of experience in bankruptcy/restructuring at a major law firm.

Responsibilities

• Represent creditors, particularly secured creditors, in restructuring matters.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex legal issues.

Education

Law degree from an ABA-accredited law school

Membership in the Bar in the United States
