The role involves developing and recommending provider network reimbursement rates and processes that strengthen growth and market position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Economics, or Healthcare Informatics.
• 3+ years in healthcare analytics, operations or BI/data analytics with visualization tools.
• Experience summarizing data and presenting analyses to stakeholders.
• Ability to evaluate data sources and select efficient tools for extraction/analysis.
• Proficient with relational databases and data query tools (SAS, SQL).

Responsibilities

• Conduct data analyses to support operational and strategic decisions.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to support decision-making.
• Document data definitions, methodologies, and reporting processes.
• Monitor KPIs and provide actionable insights for leadership.
• Present findings at internal/external meetings and drive actions.
