The role is hybrid-remote based in Milpitas, CA, with significant lab work and some remote work. Candidates should have advanced degrees in Electrical Engineering and proven HV power experience, with strong problem-solving and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Master's/PhD in Electrical Engineering required.
• Experience in power system delivery architecture and development.
• Experience testing high voltage and high power systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to design and specification of grid-to-chip power chain components.
• Build test environments and validate power system performance.
• Design test hardware, fixtures, and loads to simulate various power conditions.
• Support transition from validation to manufacturing.
• Ensure robustness of IT power under grid disturbances and advise on testing procedures.
• Guide suppliers and ODMs on testing procedures for power hardware and firmware.
• Troubleshoot advanced power hardware and firmware issues.
