Job summary

Graphcore in Milpitas, CA is seeking a Junior Engineer, Power Engineering to support design, test, and development of the power delivery components from grid to chip. You will collaborate with the Power Engineering team to ensure performance, reliability, and scalability in our lab, with the role primarily on-site in our power electronics facility.

You should have a Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering, basic familiarity with power electronics, and experience testing electronic systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering and knowledge of Power Electronics required.
• Basic familiarity with power electronics systems operation.
• Experience testing electronic systems and debugging issues.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform test and validation of power chain components from grid to chip.
• Assemble and operate test hardware, fixtures, loads, and environments to simulate conditions and evaluate performance.
• Test and employ custom components designed to support the Graphcore power architecture.
• Support transition of designs from test/validation to manufacturing and production environments.
