Job summary

Simformotion LLC, a leader in simulation and training, seeks a Marketing Graphic Design Specialist for hybrid work in Peoria, IL. You will design across five public websites, products, and digital campaigns, driving visuals aligned with brand guidelines.

The role requires 3+ years in marketing and graphic design, and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress, in addition to a collaborative, deadline-driven mindset.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of marketing and graphic design experience.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite; Articulate Rise; other creative tools a plus.
• Experience in website design/WordPress development.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Team player who can work independently and learn continuously.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop print and digital collateral for product briefs, infographics, digital ads and emails.
• Create interactive graphics for curriculums.
• Manage design and brand guidelines across multiple brands.
• Coordinate and attend video shoots; edit promos and explainers.
• Contribute to social media content and campaigns.
• Optimize content for SEO, lead conversions and engagement on company sites.
• Learn and understand product lines.
