Job summary

Simformotion LLC is seeking a Marketing Graphic Design Specialist in Peoria, IL, a hybrid remote role. You will design for five public-facing websites, simulator products, curriculum materials and digital marketing campaigns, updating content as needed.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in marketing and graphic design, strong Adobe Creative Suite skills, and WordPress experience. You will manage multiple projects and collaborate with the marketing team to drive engagement.

Salary Range: $60,000.00 To $65,000.00 Annually

Simformotion, a leader in the simulation and training field, has a career opportunity on the marketing team as a Graphic Design Specialist. Simformotion is the licensee for Cat® Simulators, author of SimScholars™ curricula, and partners with other companies on simulation training products.

The Marketing Graphic Design Specialist is responsible for design and graphics development for five public-facing websites, simulator products, curriculum products and other digital marketing initiatives, graphic design projects and analytics. The ideal candidate will have a passion for graphic design and marketing. This is a hybrid remote position in Peoria, Illinois. Candidates must be able to drive to the office within 2 hours for several meetings a month.

• Design and develop print and digital collateral, including product briefs, infographics, digital ads and email campaigns, etc. Update materials as needed.
• Design and develop interactive graphics for curriculums.
• Manage design and follow brand guidelines for multiple brands.
• Coordinate and attend video shoots as needed. Edit video to create promos and explainers.
• Contribute to social media content development.
• Monitor and execute multiple initiatives and projects simultaneously.
• Stay up to date with digital technology developments; make recommendations as needed.
• Assist with management of WordPress websites, landing pages, data capture forms, and other aspects of website design.
• Ability to troubleshoot functional issues in WordPress.
• Work with internal marketing team to post fresh content (ongoing). Optimize all content for SEO, lead conversions and engagement on company sites.
• Learn and understand our product lines.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in marketing and graphic design.
• Proven proficiency and experience with Adobe Creative Suite; Articulate Rise; additional creative, visual, interactive, and multimedia tools a plus.
• Experience in website design/WordPress development.Understand WordPress, plugins, themes, etc.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Must be able to work well in teams as well as independently.
• Passionate about continual learning and applying what you’ve learned.
• Excellent organization and multi-tasking skills.
• Experience with Sugar Market CRM is a plus.

This is a hybrid remote position. Candidates must be able to drive to the office within 2 hours. Headquartered in Peoria, Ill.
