Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Negotiate and resolve pending litigation.
• Prepare, review, and file pleadings, discovery, and motions.
• Attend hearings and trials within Dallas and surrounding counties (mileage and travel expenses reimbursed).
• Collaborate with staff and opposing counsel to achieve fair, efficient case resolutions.
