Precise Software Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support a large-scale federal IT delivery program, owning requirements analysis and backlog documentation.

This hybrid role requires strong organizational and analytical skills, translating stakeholder needs into clear, testable requirements. The ideal candidate will facilitate with diverse stakeholders, maintain program artifacts, and coordinate testing and governance activities.

Qualifikationen

• Experience owning requirements documentation and facilitation on federal IT or technology delivery programs.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to track many action items and deadlines.
• Ability to translate ambiguous business needs into structured, testable requirements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and stakeholder facilitation.
• Comfort discussing system architecture, data mapping, and testing with technical audiences.

Aufgaben

• Lead requirements-gathering sessions with clients and stakeholders to create user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional requirements.
• Conduct gap analyses against existing platform capabilities.
• Triage requests and route to decision authorities before work begins.
• Lead backlog grooming and prioritization discussions with Product Owner and technical leads.
• Develop and maintain process flows, data mapping, and traceability matrices to link requirements to design and tests.
• Facilitate design and requirements walkthroughs; capture decisions and follow-up items.
• Maintain risk/issue logs, change logs, and action-item trackers with current, standardized entries.
• Coordinate integration testing schedules and feasibility Assessments across multiple teams.
• Schedule and support program forums (sprint reviews, planning, governance, stakeholder groups).
• Support user acceptance testing with test scenarios tied to documented requirements.
