Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and prioritize grant opportunities aligned with strategy.
• Develop, write, and submit high-quality grant proposals with budgets.
• Manage a portfolio of grants from pre-award to closeout.
• Serve as primary liaison with funding agencies and ensure timely communications.
• Ensure compliance with all funding requirements, including reporting/audit needs.
• Prepare and submit programmatic and financial reports with finance/program teams.
• Collaborate with leadership to align funding with priorities and goals.
• Monitor programs to meet outcomes, deliverables, and timelines.
• Develop and maintain grant management systems and processes.
• Provide guidance on grant processes and compliance.
• Support grant pipeline development and funding strategy.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
