Qualifications

5+ years of professional software engineering experience with hands-on full stack development.
Experience delivering customer-facing or internal enterprise applications to production.
Practical experience integrating foundation models, agents, retrieval services, and intelligent automation.
Degree in CS or related field.

Responsibilities

Design, code, test, deploy, and operate AI-enabled applications with UI, backend, APIs, data access, and AI orchestration.
Build intuitive conversational/workflow interfaces for business users.
Set up AI cowork environments enabling collaboration with AI agents and tools.
Own features end-to-end with secure, performant enterprise production code.
Apply security, accessibility, and observability best practices across the stack.
