Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent plus 2+ years’ experience in financial services.
• Ability to obtain registered representative status across all 50 states and DC.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, with phone-based rapport building.

Responsibilities

• Provide investment advisory services via call center to diverse clients.
• Explain retirement and investment concepts in a compliant, clear manner.
• Conduct consultative conversations to assess goals, risk, and time horizons.
• Coordinate with specialized teams to support client goals and asset retention.
• Maintain accurate documentation and secure handling of client data.
