Piper Companies seeks a Lead/Director, Enterprise Security Design to drive enterprise cybersecurity architecture and security initiatives. You will partner with Infrastructure, Cloud, Engineering, DevOps and IT to design secure technology solutions and embed security into decisions.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in cybersecurity, strong Azure/cloud security experience, hands-on incident response, and experience leading security programs.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in cybersecurity with architecture focus.
• Experience leading security programs and teams.
• Proven ability in risk-based vulnerability management.
• Hands-on incident response experience.
• Strong Azure/cloud security expertise.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain enterprise security architecture and security-by-design strategies.
• Lead security design reviews and assess risks for new tech initiatives.
• Prioritize remediation based on business risk and threat context.
• Analyze vulnerability data, scans, advisories, and secure code findings.
• Lead incident response activities including root cause analysis and remediation.
• Design secure solutions across cloud, on-prem, and data environments.
• Partner with infra, cloud, eng, DevOps to embed security into decisions.
• Develop security standards, reference architectures, and controls.
• Support and enhance enterprise security technologies.
