Job summary

Actalent seeks a Clinical Data Coordinator to manage data entry and monitoring for clinical trials, coordinating patient care from recruitment through follow-up. You will work with sponsor personnel and ensure data quality while handling multiple tasks with confidentiality.

The role requires two years of related experience, a related Bachelor's degree or equivalent, and proficiency with Excel, EMR databases, and regulatory knowledge.

Qualifications

• Two years of related work experience in the same job family.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of experience and education.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Excel, Word, and electronic medical databases.
• Experience coordinating, planning, or working in a high-volume, multi-task setting.
• Knowledge of federal regulations for HIPAA and IRB.

Responsibilities

• Enter and manage clinical trial data accurately using independent judgment and high-level decision-making.
• Conduct monitoring visits and schedule patients for assigned disease team trials.
• Coordinate patient and study participant care from recruitment through off-treatment and follow-up phases, including scheduling and verifying appointments.
• Abstract, create, and maintain study participants research records, ensuring all required data is collected, source-verified, and entered into sponsor databases.
• Collaborate effectively with study sponsor personnel and maintain impeccable interpersonal skills.
• Multitask efficiently, maintaining confidentiality and managing a broad variety of duties and shifting priorities.
