Qualifications

• Master's degree in Psychology, Special Education, or related field.
• Active BCBA certification.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between client and business sites.
• Availability to support clients within 8:00am-7:00pm, Monday-Friday.
• Physically able to stand, walk, reach, bend, kneel, crouch and lift 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Lead individualized ABA programs across home, school, and community settings, supported by Kyo's proprietary care application and data systems.
• Support the development of Behavior Therapists and BCBA Trainees.
