Job summary

Kyo is seeking a BCBA in the Dallas/Fort Worth area for a hybrid remote role delivering high-quality ABA therapy to children with autism.

Responsibilities include leading ABA programs across settings and mentoring therapists, supported by Kyo's data systems. Requires a Master's degree and BCBA certification; travel and flexible scheduling are expected for full- and part-time positions.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Psychology, Special Education, or a related field.
• Active BCBA certification.
• Willingness to travel between client and business sites.
• Availability to provide client support within service hours 8:00am–7:00pm, Monday–Friday.

Responsibilities

• Lead individualized ABA programs across home, school, and community settings.
• Support the development of Behavior Therapists and BCBA Trainees.
• Collaborate with a hybrid telehealth and in-person service delivery model.

Education
