Qualifications

• Knowledge of: Strong sales and customer service skills; strong oral and written communication.
• Ability to count money accurately and work under time pressure.
• Requires High School diploma and prior banking or sales experience.
• NMLS registration required for lending under SAFE Act if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers with exceptional service to build relationships.
• Promote and cross-sell bank products and refer to other lines of business.
• Open and manage a variety of accounts and support online/digital banking tools.
• Refer clients with credit needs to the appropriate banker or line of business.
• Process transactions with accuracy and balance cash drawer at end of shift.
• Adhere to bank policies, protect customer information, and monitor for fraud.
• Support branch operations and administrative tasks and ensure security standards.
