Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of one year accounting experience or completion of an accounting internship with references.
• Experience with data modeling preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required.

Responsibilities

• Perform accounting tasks and analyses to maintain reinsurance systems.
• Conduct data analysis using SQL reporting tools.
• Prepare data requests for various states.
• Assist in preparing actuarial triangles as required by management.
• Assist in preparing documentation for annual reinsurance contract renewals.
• Prepare quarterly and annual exhibits for joint venture partners.
• Process and review excess loss billings.
• Perform and assist with reinsurance system maintenance.
• Complete special projects as assigned.
