Job summary

Cambia Health Solutions is seeking a Provider Reimbursement Systems Analyst to join our Customer Experience and Operations team. This hybrid role requires strong SQL, reporting, and data-automation skills to support ongoing system enhancements and new developments across payer data and reimbursement workflows.

You will work with business and technical teams to translate requirements into system design, perform comprehensive testing, and help drive efficiency through data-driven improvements.

Qualifications

• College degree is desired in Computer Sciences, Mathematics, Business Administration, or related fields.
• College degree may be substituted by sufficient years of experience in the health care industry
• Five years' experience in defining and analyzing business requirements, process modeling, functional systems design, or configuration/testing is desired

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and review high-level data flows and system requirements.
• Conduct unit, UAT, E2E, and regression testing with post-implementation QA and issue resolution.
• Analyze sustainment issues and develop data migration and backup plans for updates.
• Write/ad-hoc reports and SQL scripts; support Tableau and APIs integration.
• Communicate changes to frontline staff and leadership; coordinate with technology partners.
• Prioritize work, provide project/staff leadership, and support production duties as needed.
• Mentor Business Analysts and Senior BA through training and communication of system changes.
