Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree required or preferred.
• 1+ years of IT coordination, project management or similar experience; healthcare advertising experience a plus.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams) and familiarity with medical terminology.
• Strong planning, problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills, with excellent written and oral communication abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, prioritizing tasks to meet tight deadlines, with flexibility in work hours as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide regulatory operations support to multiple brands, offering expertise and guidance as needed.
• Manage submission processes.
• Maintain master libraries.
