JSR Micro in Sunnyvale, CA is seeking a Regulatory Compliance Associate 3 to support product safety, regulatory compliance, and related priorities for US operations. Under supervision of the Regulatory Affairs Manager, you will collaborate with the Regulatory Affairs Team to ensure adherence to hazmat, DOT, IATA, and IMDG requirements while applying HazCom standards.

The role emphasizes data gathering, RCR leadership, regulatory reporting, and continuous improvement across processes.

Qualificações

• Minimum 5 years of technical or regulatory experience in chemical, semiconductor, or related industry.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat.
• Experience with SAP or other ERP systems preferred.
• Must complete training with US DOT, IATA, IMDG hazmat requirements.
• Complete training and apply OSHA HazCom requirements.
• Develop working knowledge of product safety and compliance requirements.
• Learn databases tools to manage regulatory information.
• Use JSR systems for RCRs, SDS management, authoring, and process control.

Responsabilidades

• Gather and interpret chemical data and product compositions for regulatory review.
• Lead and manage assigned Regulatory Compliance Requests (RCRs).
• Support regulatory monitoring, reporting, and project coordination with consultants.
• Gather and analyze data for SDS, labels, applications, and regulatory reporting.
• Support chemical data management systems and process improvements.
• Manage projects and meet deadlines.
• Attend meetings and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives in workflows and processes.
• Provide training and guidance to team members.
