Job summary

AllCare GA is seeking an experienced RN to manage the clinical inbox and provide nurse triage within Clinical Operations. You will handle inbox and lab review queues, notifying the on‑duty provider of any critical values, and triaging patient symptoms by following approved scripts.

The role is hybrid full‑time with in‑office Tuesdays through Thursdays and remote Mondays and Fridays. A Georgia RN license and current BLS are required, plus experience with Athena Health or similar EMR systems.

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered RN license in Georgia.
• BLS certification current.
• 1 year of inbox management, telephone triage, or care coordination preferred.
• Pediatrics, primary care, or women's health experience preferred; hospital experience welcome.
• Experience with Athena Health or a comparable EMR preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Own the clinical inbox (Athena) and ensure no items go unaddressed.
• Manage the lab review inbox and critical lab call notification; notify the provider on duty for any critical values.
• Provide nurse triage for patient-reported symptoms and direct to appropriate level of care using approved protocols.
• Use AllCare approved scripts for all patient-facing communication.
• Escalate abnormal findings and other clinical concerns to RN Lead or Medical Director.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation of all inbox activity, lab calls, and triage encounters in Athena.

Position Summary

The RN is responsible for day-to-day clinical inbox management and nurse triage support within AllCare GA clinical operations. This role manages the clinical and lab review inbox in Athena, ensures timely critical lab call notification to the provider on duty, and provides telephone and portal triage for patient-reported symptoms.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the clinical inbox (Athena) and ensure no items go unaddressed.
• Manage the lab review inbox and critical lab call notification process; immediately notify the provider on duty for any critical or panic lab value.
• Provide nurse triage for patient-reported symptoms and direct patients to the appropriate level of care using approved protocols.
• Use AllCare approved scripts for all patient-facing communication.
• Escalate abnormal findings, reportable disease indicators, and other clinical concerns to the RN Lead or Medical Director.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation of all inbox activity, lab calls, and triage encounters in Athena.
