The Gardens at West Shore in Camp Hill, PA is seeking a dedicated Registered Dietitian to join our skilled nursing team. This full-time role offers two days of remote flexibility per week and compensation up to $45 per hour, plus a $5,000 sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• Licensed RD required.
• Minimum two years of experience as a dietitian in long-term care with some administrative duties, or one year of consulting dietitian experience in long-term care.
• Strong communication, organizational, and clinical assessment skills.
• Commitment to providing individualized, resident-centered nutrition care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct preliminary and comprehensive dietary assessments for residents.
• Develop individualized dietary care plans, identifying specific goals and resident needs.
• Engage residents and families in creating and reviewing care plans.
• Ensure dietary staff understand and utilize care plans in daily service delivery.
• Identify and recommend appropriate medical nutrition therapy based on resident medical records.
• Ensure care plans include necessary equipment or utensils to meet residents’ nutritional needs.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support resident health and well-being.
