Qualifications

• RDN or RD2Be status (RDN or RD2Be).
• Entry-level or experienced candidates passionate about nutrition and patient care.
• Strong communication skills and eagerness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Perform nutrition assessments and patient care planning.
• Monitor and manage patients needing tube feeding, dialysis nutrition, wound care, weight management, and other high-risk interventions.
• Educate patients on nutrition to promote wellness.
• Collaborate with RDs, Physicians, Speech & Occupational Therapists.
• Communicate nutrition concerns to the interdisciplinary care team to support positive outcomes.
• Advance patient outcomes using Food as Medicine.
