Job summary

• Coordinate donor engagement logistics and prepare briefing materials, itineraries, and talking points for meetings.
• Lead planning and execution of regional donor engagement activities, including meetings, events, and cultivation dinners.
• Collaborate with Advancement Communications and partners to align regional activities with broader priorities.
• Travel across East/West regions and periodically to Chicago as needed.
