Job summary
TouchPoint is seeking a Regional Dietitian to support 5-6 Critical Access Hospitals across Indiana. You will deliver Medical Nutrition Therapy, education, and care coordination in a largely on-site role with one day of remote work.

Qualifications
- Registered Dietitian in good standing with Indiana license.
- Minimum 2 years of healthcare / hospital-based nutrition experience.
- Experience supporting multiple facilities in a regional role.
Responsibilities
- Provide Medical Nutrition Therapy and nutrition education across multiple hospitals.
- Develop individualized care plans and document outcomes in the patient record.
- Collaborate with food service and clinical teams to improve patient care and satisfaction.
- Support outpatient counseling needs and swing bed services as applicable.
- Promote evidence-based practice and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
