Job summary

Compass Group is seeking a Regional Dietitian to support 5-6 Critical Access Hospitals across Indiana. You will provide Medical Nutrition Therapy and education, serving as the primary nutrition expert for facilities with swing bed services and expanding outpatient counseling needs.

The role requires an active Indiana license and RDN credential, with a preference for 2+ years of healthcare experience. Hybrid schedule with 4 days on site and 1 day remote, offering education reimbursement and

Must be a Registered Dietitian with an active Indiana license.
2+ years of healthcare experience preferred.
Licensed Dietitian or willing to obtain license in state of practice.

Responsibilities

Clinical Nutrition Care: Perform comprehensive nutritional assessments and develop individualized care plans.
Education: Provide guidance on nutrition and lifestyle strategies to support patient wellness to patients, families, staff, and community.
Evidence-Based Practice: Apply latest research in alignment with diet manual, policies, and facility protocols.
Quality & Performance Improvement: Contribute to QAPI initiatives to advance patient care and clinical outcomes.
Collaboration & Service Excellence: Partner with food service management to achieve patient satisfaction and service goals.
Mentorship & Professional Development: Support growth of staff and dietetic interns through education and training.
