Job summary

ABM is seeking a Recruiter for the Frontline Talent Acquisition Team to support high-volume hiring of janitorial staff in the Pacific Northwest. This role emphasizes sourcing, candidate outreach, screening, and coordination of the full recruitment lifecycle.

The position is hybrid (In-office Mon-Thu) at 11879 NE Glenn Widing Drive, Portland, OR 97220, with a focus on building strong candidate pipelines and promoting ABM’s benefits and opportunities within the Northwest market.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent. Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with candidates to facilitate the hiring process through in person, email, text and phone.
• Reach out to new candidates via phone or email.
• Develop candidate leads through resume searches, job fairs, college recruiting, referrals, networking, cold calling, and direct sourcing.
• Attend job fairs and effectively promote ABM and open positions.
• Create and publish professional recruiting materials and advertising on internal and external systems.
• Coordinate online job applications, interviews, and pre-employment background screening.
• Drive job applicant flow by leveraging multiple techniques and programs.
