Job summary

The Raymond Corporation is seeking a Corporate Recruiter – Field Service Technicians to lead full-cycle recruiting across Texas and Louisiana, focusing on proactive sourcing for mechanical, automotive, diesel, heavy equipment, and industrial maintenance backgrounds.

Initially onsite in Addison, TX, the role will transition to a hybrid arrangement after training, partnering with Field Service Managers and Talent Acquisition to build pipelines and improve hiring outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7–10 years of progressive recruiting experience with direct sourcing/headhunting.
• Demonstrated full-cycle recruiting across multiple locations and high-volume hiring.
• Experience recruiting for technician or industrial roles is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruiting for Field Service Technician roles across Texas and Louisiana.
• Source candidates proactively via Indeed and other recruiting resources.
• Partner with Field Service Managers and Talent Acquisition to align hiring priorities.
• Conduct prescreens evaluating mechanical background and fit for territory.
• Coordinate interviews, offers, pre-employment requirements, and onboarding steps.
• Maintain accurate candidate activity and status in the ATS.
• Build candidate pipelines through schools, referrals, and partnerships.
• Support multiple requisitions and locations while maintaining attention to detail.
