Job summary

Seerist is hiring a software engineer to join the Collections & Alerts team in the Washington area. You will design and build high-volume data ingestion pipelines and event-driven systems to power real-time intelligence for customers.

You will collaborate with intelligence analysts and product teams, optimize schemas for heavy load, instrument services for observability, and debug production issues across distributed systems.

Qualifications

• Experience with TypeScript, Node.js, Python and event-driven data pipelines.
• Experience with AWS services and cost considerations.
• Experience with high-volume real-time data processing.
• Experience with observability and debugging production systems.

Responsibilities

• Build platform data ingestion and processing pipelines.
• Design event-driven systems that process intelligence data at scale.
• Tune queries and schemas for heavy load and performance.
• Collaborate with analysts and product teams to meet requirements.
