Job summary

Spectraforce Technologies seeks a Real Estate Wealth Advisory Manager contractor to lead real estate expansions and Wealth Advisory initiatives. You will coordinate cross-functional projects, align stakeholders, and perform analyses as needed.

You will work hybrid with on-site collaboration and remote flexibility, coordinating with Corporate Real Estate and business partners to drive initiatives from design through implementation while supporting Wealth Advisory priorities.

Qualifications

• Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, lookup formulas, and data analysis.
• Strong project management, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to independently lead initiatives and work through ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Lead real estate expansions, restacks, seatsharing initiatives, and relocations.
• Coordinate initiatives with Corporate Real Estate and business partners.
• Manage initiatives from design through implementation, solving problems and conducting analyses.
• Support broader Wealth Advisory strategic priorities as needed.
