Qualifications

• 3-5 years of construction coordination or project support experience.

• Strong document management and reporting capabilities.
• Familiarity with procurement, contract management, or project management systems.

Responsibilities

• Support PMs in planning, execution, and closeout of construction projects.
• Coordinate activities among internal stakeholders, contractors, consultants, and vendors.
• Assist with vendor onboarding, quotes, and PO system entry.
• Track project budgets, costs, and invoicing; prepare financial reports.
• Maintain organized project files and ensure documentation accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with procurement standards and governance.
