Top Echelon LLC is seeking a Real Estate Associate Attorney to join its Commercial Real Estate Practice Group in a hybrid role. The firm handles sophisticated real estate transactions across multiple jurisdictions and client matters involving acquisitions, dispositions, and financing.

Qualified candidates hold an ABA-accredited JD with 5+ years of CRE experience, and active bar admissions in listed states. This role offers collaboration with a leading team and plenty of hands-on experience in

Qualifications

JD from an ABA-accredited law school with an excellent academic record.
Active Bar Admission in Delaware, Florida, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, Texas, or Washington, D.C., in good standing.
5+ years of substantive commercial real estate experience.
Experience handling commercial real estate acquisitions, dispositions, and financing transactions.
Strong understanding of real estate transaction structures, due diligence, title and survey review, and closing processes.
Ability to manage multiple matters with exceptional attention to detail.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Strong drafting, negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
Demonstrated commitment to client service and collaborative teamwork.
Prior law firm experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

Represent clients in commercial real estate purchases, sales, and financing transactions.
Draft, review, and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, loan documents, leases, easements, and related transactional documents.
Conduct and coordinate due diligence reviews, including analysis of title, survey, zoning, and other real estate-related matters.
Assist with transaction structuring, negotiations, closings, and post-closing matters.
Collaborate with attorneys across practice groups to provide comprehensive legal solutions for clients.
Manage client communications and support the efficient execution of complex transactions.
