Job summary

Neuberger Berman is seeking motivated interns to join the Almanac real estate private equity platform. You will work with senior team members on live deals, conduct due diligence, and help prepare memoranda.

The internship offers exposure to real estate investment analysis, transaction rationale, and portfolio research in a fast-paced environment. Eligible students graduating in 2027/2028 may apply, with hybrid work arrangements.

Qualifications

• Degree field in Business, Real Estate, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics or related.
• Graduating December 2027 or Spring 2028.
• Technical foundations in corporate finance, accounting, and real estate analysis.
• Analytical, detail-oriented, strong work ethic, curiosity, and humble attitude.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; strong writing and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to live deals and advance investment analysis.
• Prepare internal and external memoranda.
• Conduct due diligence on new investments.
• Participate in real estate research and Almanac portfolio projects.
• Support fund marketing and client requests.
