Qualifications

• 1+ years of work experience in another public accounting firm.
• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• CPA licensure achieved or eligibility to sit for the CPA exam.
• Strong experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of CaseWare or ProSystem FX is a plus.
• Exceptional organizational and communication (verbal and written) skills.
• Good judgement in assessing opportunities to work independently and when to request team participation.

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for assigned work areas within pre-engagement planning, execution, and final deliverables.
• Develop detailed engagement work papers.
• Help achieve budget goals and meet work product deadlines.
• Collaborate with team members and management across engagements.
• Communicate effectively with the CRZ team and clients, incorporating feedback promptly.
