KLA Industries is seeking a Real Estate Associate in a Hybrid role from a national AmLaw 200 firm. The attorney will handle complex commercial real estate transactions across acquisitions, dispositions, and financing, working with a collaborative team on high-profile matters.

Ideal candidate has JD from an ABA-accredited school and active bar in qualifying jurisdictions, plus 3+ years of real estate experience.

Qualifications

• JD from ABA-accredited law school with excellent academic record.
• Active Bar Admission in Delaware, Florida, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, Texas, or Washington, D.C. in good standing.
• 3+ years of substantive commercial real estate experience.
• Experience with acquisitions, dispositions, and financing transactions.
• Solid understanding of real estate transaction structures, due diligence, title and survey review, and closing processes.
• Ability to manage multiple matters with meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Commitment to client service and collaborative teamwork; prior law firm experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Represent clients in commercial real estate purchases, sales, and financing transactions.
• Draft, review, and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, loan documents, leases, and related documents.
• Coordinate due diligence including title, survey, zoning analysis.
• Assist with transaction structuring, negotiations, closings, and post-closing matters.
• Collaborate with attorneys across practice groups to provide holistic solutions.
• Manage client communications and support complex transactions.
