Cedar Brook Properties is seeking an experienced Real Estate Acquisition Agent in Savannah, GA. You will drive lead conversion and negotiations from initial contact to profitable acquisitions, with extensive training and performance incentives.

The role blends home visits, CRM-driven workflows, and strategic networking with agents, wholesalers, and investors. A real estate license and strong customer service are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in real estate acquisitions, investments, sales, or transactions with direct accountability for outcomes.
• Real Estate License required; licenses to be transferred to LKV Realty within 30 days of start date.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in real estate, business, marketing, or sales.
• Proven experience acquiring single‑family residential properties and closing leads to contracts.
• Strong phone communication, appointment setting, and immediate lead response.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for seller leads, building rapport and delivering transactional solutions.
• Build strategic relationships with agents, wholesalers, and investors to increase deal flow.
• Document all interactions in CRM and manage daily tasks, including calls, emails, texts, and appointments.
• Meet KPIs for lead follow-up, appointments, offers, contracts, and profitability.
• Conduct comparable market analyses and estimate repairs for as‑is cash offers.
• Coordinate with title, legal, construction, and property management partners.
• Travel to client homes for appointments and inspections; represent the company at industry events.
