Job summary

Ecumen in Minnesota is seeking a Full Time Registered Dietitian for a hybrid role (up to 40% remote). You will provide resident nutrition care, develop menus, and tailor textures and therapeutic needs to each resident’s plan while complying with regulations.

This position requires ACEND-accredited degree, Minnesota licensure, and 900 hours of supervised practice. The salary ranges from $61,000 to $80,000 with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from ACEND-accredited program.
• 900 hours of supervised practice in nutrition and dietetics.
• Minnesota Registration and licensure CEU requirements.
• Certified Food Protection Manager or eligible within 90 days.
• Strong communication and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Completes nutrition assessments, documents in the medical record, and collaborates with the care team.
• Explains nutrition questions, calculates requirements, and educates residents and families.
• Creates meal plans aligned with care plans, preferences, and budget.
• Assists in menu development and electronic menu system.
• Ensures safety and sanitation per state and federal guidelines.
• Assists with meal prep, serving, and cleanup; directs staff on portions.
• Accommodates resident requests and handles complaints promptly.
• Monitors nutrition interventions and supports QAPI initiatives.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
