Chesapeake Utilities Corporation is seeking a Rates & Revenue Manager to oversee rate mechanisms, cost of service, and regulatory strategy for US utility operations. Hybrid role based in Dover, DE or West Palm Beach, FL, with collaboration across finance, legal, and regulatory teams to ensure fiscal discipline and regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate has a BS in finance or related field, 7+ years in utility finance or regulatory work, advanced financial modeling, and strong communication

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, business or related field.
7+ years of experience in utility finance, rate design or regulatory strategy.
Regulatory rate making and revenue requirements proficiency.
Understanding of regulatory processes from filing to approval and implementation.
Expertise in revenue management techniques, pricing, forecasting, and cost-of-service regulation.
