Chesapeake Utilities Corporation is seeking a Rates & Revenue Manager to lead rate design, revenue requirements modeling, and regulatory strategy. The role involves developing cost recovery mechanisms and presenting to regulators in a hybrid work setup across West Palm Beach, FL and Dover, DE.

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years in utility finance or regulatory roles, strong financial modeling and leadership skills to guide a regulatory analysis team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in finance, accounting, economics, business or related field.
• 7+ years experience in utility finance, rate design or regulatory strategy.
• Regulatory rate making and revenue requirement proficiency.
• Understanding of regulatory processes from filing to approval.
• Strong financial modeling and data analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Rate strategy design and implementing rate-making strategies.
• Revenue requirements modeling and cost-of-service studies.
• Prepare regulatory and revenue reports for senior management.
• Lead regulatory proceedings and develop testimony for PUCs.
• Forecast, budget and monitor rates with the accounting team.
• Oversee tariff programs development and filing.
• Collaborate with finance, legal, and operations; manage regulators and intervenors.
• Direct and develop regulatory analysis staff.
