Duke Energy seeks a Rates and Regulatory Strategy Manager to support regulatory activities for its North and South Carolina utilities. You will work on PBR/MYRP programs, prepare filings, and guide cross-functional teams through complex regulatory processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business, mathematics or related field.
• Eight years of related work experience.

Responsibilities

• Support PBR recovery mechanisms and MYRP governance reporting.
• Lead cross-functional teams and regulatory guidance on MYRP and PBR.
• Prepare annual PBR reports, rider updates and support discovery.
• Support general rate cases with data requests, testimony and exhibits.
• Explain regulatory concepts to management, regulators, and customers.
• Assist with other riders and regulatory analyses as needed.
