The ideal candidate has 5+ years of project management experience, strong communication skills, and familiarity with FDA‑regulated environments. PMP is a plus but not mandatory; a science background helps.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in science or related field from an accredited institution.
• 5+ years client industry experience in project management within R&D, Operations or Engineering.
• Global project management experience is a plus.
• PMP certification preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and ability to handle multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex projects using PPM (Bubble) tools to meet business goals.
• Identify resource needs and coordinate with PM leadership to ensure support.
• Ensure all team members understand their roles and responsibilities.
• Create timelines for each project and drive deliverables to due dates.
• Lead weekly multi-functional team meetings, address issues and risks.
• Clearly communicate agenda, action items and project status.
• Manage changes to preserve business plan commitments.
• Contribute to PMO improvements globally.
