Akkodis is seeking a R&D Packaging Engineer for a client located in Arden Hills, MN. This 12-month contract position focuses on packaging development for medical devices in a highly collaborative environment.

The role requires applying Packaging R&D principles, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and delivering technical specifications for new or modified packaging, products, and materials. Hybrid work mode available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Packaging Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience in medical device manufacturing is preferred.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment.

Responsibilities

• Initiates and completes technical activities leading to new or improved products or process, for current programs and future goals.
• Analyzes and solves problems from basic engineering principles to complex, innovative challenges.
