Job summary

Project Resources Group, Inc. seeks a skilled QuickBase Developer to design, build, and maintain custom QuickBase apps, automate processes, and streamline workflows across teams.

Hybrid role with in-office flexibility at PRG offices across the U.S.; you will collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and data teams to deliver reliable, scalable solutions and insightful dashboards that drive business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 2+ years building and maintaining Quickbase apps, including databases, workflows, and Pipelines.
• Strong knowledge of Quickbase formulas, JavaScript, and APIs.
• Experience integrating Quickbase with third-party apps and services.
• Basic GIS and Excel experience.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with high attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with client-facing presence.
• Ability to present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Independent yet collaborative, able to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain QuickBase applications to support business needs.
• Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and cross-functional teams.
• Create and maintain workflows, reports, dashboards, and automated processes.
• Troubleshoot, test, and ensure application reliability and performance.
• Integrate QuickBase with third‑party apps and services as needed.
• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards for data visualization.
• Document configurations, processes, and best practices for teams.
• Train end-users to promote adoption and effective use.
